Video beta

How signed-in accounts confirm videos with eligible paid credits, follow server progress, and access private reviewed results.

The video beta is available to signed-in, non-anonymous accounts when the service is enabled. Open Video in the editor or Video beta in the account navigation. Generation requires qualifying paid credits and an available model configuration. No invitation is required. There is no guest video trial. Your videos and results remain private to your account.

Hotel Lobby template

Hotel Lobby AI is a separate template for signed-in accounts. Upload a left and a right photo; no model choice or prompt is required. The configured total appears before upload. Available for this video shows eligible credits, while Account total also includes credits that cannot fund this video. A shortfall message shows how many more eligible credits are needed. Free credits and payments that do not meet video funding requirements do not qualify.

Wait for both photos to finish uploading, then choose Review total credits and confirm the final quote. One charge covers the scene and video. Reviewing a quote does not start generation or reserve credits. If a confirmation is interrupted, checking the same request remains available even when its reservation has reduced your displayed balance.

Create a video

Open Video, choose an available model, and describe the scene or movement. Adding a reference image selects image-to-video automatically. Removing it returns to text-to-video when the model supports text input. Image-only models stay selected and require a reference. Failed, unfinished, or restored missing uploads require reselecting the image before generation. Prompt limits, durations, resolutions, frame shapes, and audio options follow the selected model's supported Kie parameters. Models that follow the reference image's framing do not offer a separate crop. Prompt checks must complete before generation can start. The prompt counter shows characters. A separate safety limit also counts text units, so some characters, including many emoji, use two units. Prompts must satisfy both displayed limits.

Image mode accepts one JPEG, PNG, or WebP within the displayed account limit. A local preview is not proof of upload or approval. Wait for the server to verify and secure the image. Content review starts after generation is confirmed.

Visual review checks sampled frames for NSFW and reported special-care signals. It does not inspect every frame or certify every kind of visual content. The saved output must also meet the review service's 30-second and 100 MB limits. Incomplete or uncertain review keeps the result unavailable; task completion alone does not mean content passed. Accepted tasks keep the output visual-review policy recorded when they were confirmed, even if the service's default changes later.

The initial selection is Kling 2.6, five seconds, with sound disabled. The model selector groups MiniMax, Seedance, Gemini, Kling, and Veo. The available settings follow each implemented model's supported Kie parameters. Unsupported provider options and settings without a configured price or required checks remain unavailable. Models with a native-audio option can include audio; some models do not offer a sound switch. There is no video editing, audio upload, or post-generation resolution upgrade.

The Generate button shows the selected configuration's backend credit total before you enter a prompt. Changing settings updates that total without creating a quote or reserving credits. Choose Generate after entering your description and completing any reference upload. The server checks a fresh quote and starts the request when the total matches the displayed price. If the total changes, read and explicitly confirm the new amount within ten minutes. An unavailable price prevents submission. There is no fixed cutoff date for creating ordinary videos. Submitting reserves space for the output along with credits. Insufficient account storage prevents generation from starting. An unresolved provider request keeps its reservation while the original attempt is checked. Video can use only credits backed by a qualifying payment. Free credits, credits with an unknown payment source, and payment funding that does not cover the required video spend are not eligible. Changing the model, prompt, image, duration, resolution, shape, or audio invalidates the previous quote. An expired quote requires choosing Generate again. A changed quote requires confirmation of its new total. An interrupted response still uses Check the same request, as described below.

Progress and interrupted connections

Accepted tasks continue on the server even if you close the page. Open Video history with the same account to restore their current status. Only your own tasks appear there.

The workspace distinguishes input review, provider submission, generation, private storage, output review, and final delivery. It does not estimate a generation percentage. Upload percentages refer only to bytes sent from your browser.

Output visual confirmation waits for a verified service notification and can briefly retry temporary connection failures. If the notification does not arrive or the result still cannot be confirmed, the task is held for review: the video stays unavailable and credits remain reserved until an operator resolves it. This does not automatically purchase a replacement generation.

If a confirmation response is interrupted, use Check the same request. This keeps the original request identity and every selected model setting. Do not start a new request just because the first response was lost. If the provider's acceptance is uncertain, the server checks the original attempt and keeps its credit reservation; it does not automatically submit another paid generation.

If the server confirms that an older request was never accepted because its settings are no longer supported, the form unlocks with current settings and keeps your description. Reselect a missing reference image, review the displayed price, and choose Generate for a new quote. Accepted tasks and responses whose outcome is still unknown continue to use the original request.

Credits and private results

The task displays whether its credits are reserved, charged, or released. A task awaiting an operational review can retain its reservation until its outcome is confirmed. Rejected and failed tasks show the actual credit status; they do not expose a button that silently buys another generation.

Playback and MP4 download become available only after the saved private video passes required checks. If a playback link expires, refresh its authorization. Downloads request fresh access. Other accounts cannot use your task or access your stored output through these pages. Delivered videos are retained until their recorded expiry unless you delete them first.

New results show the file's measured duration, pixel dimensions and audio presence separately from your requested settings. A usable result may differ from those settings; when a measured difference is detected, the receipt displays a warning and provides the original video unchanged after required content review. A warning does not automatically regenerate the video or add a second charge. This comparison does not assess character likeness, choreography or scene fidelity. Missing, damaged or unsupported files and incomplete content review remain unavailable.

If storage needs recovery, the server works with the existing generated result. It does not request another video from the model. When new video requests are disabled, your existing task status and eligible results remain available.
