Credits
Check the cost before generating and understand reserved, charged, and returned credits, subscriptions, and Credit Packs.
The editor shows the credit cost before you start an image. It depends on the selected model and output settings. Check that amount again after changing a model, resolution, or quality option.
Preparing a prompt, selecting a preset, uploading a reference, or browsing plans does not itself start a paid generation. Current prices, plan allowances, and available payment methods are shown on Pricing and in Credits & billing.
Before you generate
Choose an available model and output option, then read the cost on Generate image or Start edit. Your account must have the required access and enough available credits.
If the price changes before the request is accepted, the editor shows the new cost so you can decide whether to submit again. A new generation, including Edit again or a retry after a completed failure, has its own quote and credit charge.
When a guest trial is offered, its daily allowance is separate from an account balance. Guest previews are watermarked and temporary. The editor shows the current trial availability; an effect preset does not provide extra free edits.
Reserved, charged, and returned

| Released or returned | This amount has been returned to the available balance after the attempt was settled. |
Read the result panel for the amounts associated with that edit. A result can be visible while its credit summary is still finishing. A reservation is not a completed refund.
A slow response or lost connection does not prove a generation failed. If the panel says Checking result, wait for that existing attempt to be resolved instead of submitting another copy. Confirmed temporary generation failures with no output return their reserved credits; the panel shows the returned amount after settlement.
If a safety check stops an image
Prompts or source images stopped before generation do not consume generation credits.
For generated results, each billing account or team has one lifetime credit waiver for its first confirmed content-safety rejection. Later blocked results are charged under the policy shown for that attempt, even though the image cannot be displayed or downloaded. The result notice shows whether the waiver applied and the actual amount charged or returned.
An incomplete check or technical failure is not the same as a confirmed content block. Read the reason and credit outcome together. Revise the prompt or source before trying again, or contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken. See the Terms of Service for the content rules.
Subscriptions and Credit Packs
Subscriptions provide credits for each monthly credit period. Annual billing changes when you pay; subscription credits still arrive monthly and unused credits expire at the end of their credit period. Check your plan and dates in Credits & billing.
Credit Packs are one-time purchases that add credits without changing your subscription. Review the amount, any applicable bonus, price, and expiry before paying. A pack is separate from subscription renewal.
Canceling renewal preserves benefits for the period already paid for. The billing page shows the cancellation status and paid-through date. A request still awaiting confirmation does not mean recurring billing has already stopped.
An existing subscription or unfinished checkout may need to be resolved before another subscription can begin. Use the options shown in Billing instead of starting repeated payments.
Return from checkout safely
Returning to EzImageAI is not proof that a payment succeeded. Credits are added after the payment is verified. Use Resume checkout or Check status when those actions are offered.
If you were charged but the order is unresolved, do not pay again. Contact support with the displayed order reference and payment status. Never send your password, full card details, or private image-access links.
Refunds adjust the credits and benefits from the corresponding purchase. If those credits were already used, a balance debt can be repaid from future grants. The outcome depends on the purchase and refund; check Billing or contact support for your order.
Raindance video credits
The Raindance guide includes Solo and Duet video presets. Each uses eligible paid account credits and displays one complete quote before confirmation. The scene preparation and five-second silent video belong to the same order. Free prompts and the guest image allowance do not include free video generation. Reopening an accepted order or downloading it again does not create another generation charge.
