EzImageAI image editor mark

Terms of Service

Terms for EzImageAI accounts, image-editing workflows, credits, subscriptions, content, and acceptable use.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern use of EzImageAI's public image editor and account-based image-editing service. EzImageAI is an independently operated service run by an individual. In these terms, "EzImageAI" refers to the service and its operator. You can reach the operator through the Contact page. By using the service, you agree to the version presented when you use it.

Accounts and the editing workflow

You may prepare a short-lived draft from the public page without an account. When the sponsored Nano Banana 2 Lite 1K guest trial is enabled, continuing can create a temporary anonymous user and session for one private, watermarked result. The trial does not create a subscription or payment charge. Other image products, saved history, assets, paid plans, and other account features require the access shown by the product.

Outside an available anonymous trial, real generation requires an account and sufficient credits. Text-to-image generation does not require a source image; an uploaded reference must belong to your account. Clicking the generation button confirms the credit cost shown on it, checks the prompt and current server quote, and starts the job if those checks pass. If the price changes, the editor shows the new cost and requires another click. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information.

Credits, plans, and subscriptions

EzImageAI shows the credit cost before an account-based edit is confirmed. Credits are reserved when a generation job is created, charged according to the completed job state, and released when the ledger rules require release. Credits are a product usage unit, not cash, stored value, or a transferable financial instrument.

For new generation quotes, each account or team receives one lifetime credit waiver when its generated result is blocked by a confirmed content-safety rejection. Subsequent blocked results are charged at the quoted generation amount, although the image remains unavailable. Prompt or upload rejection before generation, incomplete reviews, and technical safety-check failures do not consume this waiver. A failed check with no usable result releases the reservation. Sponsored guest trials do not consume an account waiver. Job details show the actual charge and release. Contact support to appeal a suspected incorrect decision; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Paid Pro, Ultimate, and Max plans and current subscription prices are shown on the Pricing page. Any free account allowance is shown in the account. A paid checkout is available only when that payment option is offered. Recurring subscriptions continue for their stated interval until canceled. Cancellation and plan-management controls are available from the billing area, subject to applicable processing periods.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable payment terms, transaction state, and governing law. Contact support with the relevant billing details for review. EzImageAI does not promise a refund where one is not required or authorized.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in source images and edit instructions. You grant EzImageAI and its configured service providers the limited permission needed to store, transmit, moderate, process, and return that content for the service you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit the content.

Generated results can contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. EzImageAI does not promise that a result is unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Acceptable Use Policy for AI-generated content

This content policy is part of these terms. It applies to prompts, uploaded source images, generated or edited images, and content stored or shared through EzImageAI, including anonymous trials. EzImageAI is an AI image-editing service; its results are AI-generated or AI-edited. "No Restrictions" describes flexible prompt editing, not an exemption from content safety, legal requirements, model capabilities, or plan and usage limits.

Prohibited content

Do not request, upload, generate, edit, store, or distribute any of the following through EzImageAI:

  • Pornography / NSFW content: pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexual exploitation content. EzImageAI does not offer an adult-content exception.
  • Violence / gore: graphic violence, severe injury or gore, threats, or content encouraging violent harm or self-harm.
  • Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, or inciting discrimination, hostility, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation: any sexual content involving minors, including synthetic depictions, sexualization, grooming, or exploitation of children.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive impersonation of real people or organizations, nonconsensual use of a person's likeness, or fabricated intimate content. Never use an edit to mislead others about someone's identity, actions, or endorsement.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your source material and intended use.

EzImageAI has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, terrorism or violent extremism, assistance with mass violence or weapons of mass destruction, incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred, and nonconsensual sexual deepfakes. Credible reports of imminent harm receive urgent attention and protective action; unlawful activity may be referred to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

Do not use the service for fraud, harmful misinformation, harassment, spam, malware, or unlawful privacy violations. Do not falsely present AI-generated content as an authentic photograph or as entirely human-created in order to deceive. Do not evade moderation, jailbreak safety controls, bypass access or usage limits, or interfere with the service.

How content is reviewed

EzImageAI screens text instructions using Waffo and checks source images and generated outputs using SeeAPI. A selected temporary reference is previewed locally and uploaded before checking; clicking Generate starts its safety checks, and the image model runs only after positive image approval. A rejected or failed temporary-reference check stops generation and releases reserved credits. Temporary detector failures may receive bounded recovery, but exhausted or incomplete checks do not authorize generation or result access. Credit handling follows the persisted job and ledger state described in the Privacy Policy. Confirmed content blocks and review requirements remain blocked. Automated checks can make mistakes, have differing category coverage, and do not establish ownership, consent, or the legality of every result.

The individual EzImageAI operator reviews content reports and appeals, using the information provided and relevant private safety records. Source images and results are private to the account or temporary guest session; EzImageAI does not publish them to a public gallery. A report does not grant the reporter access to another user's private media.

Report prohibited content

Anyone, including a person without an EzImageAI account, can report prohibited generated content or misuse by emailing support@ezimageai.com. Use the Report content entry on the Contact page, also linked from the site footer. Put Content report in the subject, or URGENT content report for child safety, terrorism, or an imminent threat to a person's safety.

Include the suspected violation, a brief description, when and where you encountered it, and any available job or asset reference or publicly accessible page address. If you are reporting infringement or impersonation, explain your connection to the affected work, person, or organization. Include a reply address so the operator can request clarification and communicate the outcome. You do not need access to another user's account to make a report.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, private signed media links, or unnecessary personal information. Do not download, attach, or forward suspected CSAM or other illegal material; provide a description and an existing reference instead. For an immediate danger to life, contact the appropriate emergency service as well as reporting the content.

Reports are assessed objectively and in good faith. Reporter information is handled confidentially and shared only as needed to investigate, protect users, or comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves lead to restrictions; a good-faith report does not require proof that a violation has occurred.

Response and handling times

The operator acknowledges the report, assigns a severity, reviews the available information and relevant safety records, decides and carries out an appropriate action, and replies with the outcome to the extent privacy and law allow. These timeframes run from receipt at the reporting mailbox:

  • L1 — Critical: child safety, terrorism, or imminent serious harm. Initial response within 2 hours; action completed within 24 hours.
  • L2 — High risk: other serious violations, such as nonconsensual intimate deepfakes or severe targeted hate and threats. Initial response within 24 hours; action completed within 3 business days.
  • L3 — Medium risk: other non-urgent policy or rights complaints. Initial response within 3 business days; action completed within 7 business days.
  • L4 — Low risk: minor violations or low-risk correction requests. Initial response within 5 business days; action completed within 15 business days.

Hour-based windows are elapsed hours, including weekends. Business days are Monday through Friday, measured in UTC. If additional evidence or a legal investigation requires more time, the operator will notify the reporter before the applicable deadline, explain the reason, and provide an updated timeframe. Necessary protective restrictions are not postponed while awaiting a final decision.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, evidence, and repeated misuse, EzImageAI may warn the user, reject an edit, withhold or remove prohibited media, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account. Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent loss of access. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to competent authorities, and relevant evidence may be preserved as required or permitted by law. Actions apply to content and access under EzImageAI's control; EzImageAI cannot remove copies hosted by unrelated services.

Account and media restrictions do not bypass the existing credit and billing rules. Any billing adjustment or refund is assessed under the applicable payment terms and law.

Appeals and policy updates

If you believe a restriction or report decision was mistaken, email support@ezimageai.com with Content appeal in the subject, the decision or reference involved, and your explanation or new evidence. The operator will reconsider the decision and respond within 10 business days. If further review is needed, the operator will explain the delay and provide an updated timeframe. Necessary safety restrictions can remain in place during review.

Changes to this policy are published with the updated date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.

Service availability

Edits run asynchronously through external infrastructure and image-processing services. Requests can be delayed, rejected, or fail. EzImageAI does not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific model, latency, ranking, revenue outcome, or identical result. Recovery and credit handling follow the persisted job and ledger state.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service and manage an active subscription through the available billing controls. EzImageAI may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or unpaid obligations, subject to applicable law. Terms may be updated as the product or legal requirements change; the updated date will appear above.

Contact

For terms, billing, or account questions, contact the EzImageAI operator. For prohibited content, use Report content or email support@ezimageai.com. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, or private signed media links in a support request. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
